This includes the first lice treatment (light to heavy) OR up to 4 head checks. Additional head checks and treatments for mobile lice removal are priced separately.

Additional treatments are priced separately after the first. Pricing is based on the severity of the infestation, not the time spent. Estimated treatment times are provided for reference and may vary depending on hair length.

A follow-up treatment or appointment is required to ensure:
-All remaining debris and stubborn eggs are fully removed
-No re-exposure or reinfestation has occurred
Severe cases require extra care, time, and monitoring to achieve a successful outcome.
Book within 14 days of your initial treatment to receive up to four follow-up checks and two light re-treatments. Keep your rate locked by scheduling within 14 days of each visit, so you can maintain coverage and avoid paying the full service fee again.
Four rechecks and up to 2 light re-treatments if needed

The discount applies to retreatments needed after the included one during the follow-up. Most re-treatments within 14 days are typically light to moderate cases. These retreatments, often happen due to constant re-exposure.
Travel Fee: Calculated based on distance and charged separately from the service total. This fee is collected as a deposit and becomes non-refundable within two hours of the scheduled appointment.
Our Follow-Up Protection Plan is designed for families who want ongoing reassurance during active outbreaks or high-exposure periods. By booking within 14 days of your initial treatment, you receive up to four follow-up head checks and two light-case re-treatments.
Many families choose to schedule follow-ups every 1–2 weeks during outbreaks to ensure there is no reinfestation. When anything is caught early, it is typically very minor and quick to manage—avoiding the need for a full initial service again.
As long as you continue booking within 14 days of your most recent appointment, your rate remains locked. This allows you to maintain consistent coverage at a reduced cost, rather than paying full service pricing for small, manageable cases.

Completing your follow-up within 14 days gives us the best chance to catch any early reinfestation. When we catch things early, any remaining activity is usually very small and easy to manage, which helps prevent the larger, more stubborn cases that can develop when weeks pass unnoticed.
Most retreatments during this window are light to moderate because there simply hasn’t been enough time for lice to become a heavy case again. A more significant reinfestation in this period is uncommon and typically only happens when someone is being exposed repeatedly, such as daily contact with a person who is still heavily infested. This helps keep the process simple, gentle, and manageable for your family.

Each family is treated individually and pays the standard per-person treatment rate, with the house call fee waived for the first child in each family. By gathering in one place, families are able to bypass separate travel fees while still receiving full, professional, non-toxic lice treatment.
