First Time Getting Lice Treatment at Home?
It’s super simple and not as scary as it sounds! Lice don’t live in your home, and our treatment kills them immediately—so there’s no need to worry about bugs crawling everywhere.
Here’s a quick video showing what to expect and how to prepare for your appointment. Once you book, we’ll reach out to collect your deposit and answer any questions you may have.
This includes the first lice treatment (light to heavy) OR up to 4 head checks. Additional head checks and treatments for mobile lice removal are priced separately.

For hair that is past the waist and/or thick, coarse, or dense in texture. This hair type typically requires extra time and additional product.
Additional treatments are priced separately after the first. Pricing is based on the severity of the infestation, not the time spent. Estimated treatment times are provided for reference and may vary depending on hair length.

For infestations lasting over 5 weeks. These cases involve heavy buildup of dead debris, stubborn eggs, and a significantly higher risk of reinfestation.
A follow-up treatment or appointment is required to ensure:
-All remaining debris and stubborn eggs are fully removed
-No re-exposure or reinfestation has occurred
Severe cases require extra care, time, and monitoring to achieve a successful outcome.
Most treatments use 1–2 oz of product. If additional product is needed to fully saturate the hair (3–4 oz or more), a $30 fee per treatment level will be applied. Product usage may vary based on hair length, density, or absorption.
Book within 14 days of your initial treatment to receive up to four follow-up checks and two light re-treatments. Keep your rate locked by scheduling within 14 days of each visit, so you can maintain coverage and avoid paying the full service fee again.

The discount applies to retreatments needed after the included one during the follow-up. Most re-treatments within 14 days are typically light to moderate cases. These retreatments, often happen due to constant re-exposure.
Travel Fee: Calculated based on distance and charged separately from the service total. This fee is collected as a deposit and becomes non-refundable within two hours of the scheduled appointment.
Our Follow-Up Protection Plan is designed for families who want ongoing reassurance during active outbreaks or high-exposure periods. By booking within 14 days of your initial treatment, you receive up to four follow-up head checks and two light-case re-treatments.
Many families choose to schedule follow-ups every 1–2 weeks during outbreaks to ensure there is no reinfestation. When anything is caught early, it is typically very minor and quick to manage—avoiding the need for a full initial service again.
As long as you continue booking within 14 days of your most recent appointment, your rate remains locked. This allows you to maintain consistent coverage at a reduced cost, rather than paying full service pricing for small, manageable cases.
We encourage proactive care and reward families who stay on top of follow-ups by offering this discounted, ongoing protection option—making the process easier, more predictable, and more affordable.
No strings attached—no membership or card on file required. As long as you book within 14 days of your last visit, you’ll continue to qualify for the locked-in rate.
Completing your follow-up within 14 days gives us the best chance to catch any early reinfestation. When we catch things early, any remaining activity is usually very small and easy to manage, which helps prevent the larger, more stubborn cases that can develop when weeks pass unnoticed.
Most retreatments during this window are light to moderate because there simply hasn’t been enough time for lice to become a heavy case again. A more significant reinfestation in this period is uncommon and typically only happens when someone is being exposed repeatedly, such as daily contact with a person who is still heavily infested. This helps keep the process simple, gentle, and manageable for your family.

If your household has fewer than four individuals, you’re welcome to invite additional friends or family members to join the same visit so the appointment can be fully utilized. This helps maximize convenience and allows multiple people to be seen during one scheduled in-home service.
The household booking the appointment is responsible for the standard in-home service (house call) fee, which covers travel and scheduling. Any additional guests added to the visit are charged the base rate per person based on whether a check or treatment is needed.
This structure is designed to make group coordination simple while keeping pricing fair and individualized for each person receiving care.
Planning a larger shared appointment? Multi-family group treatment events are available when two or more families agree to meet at one shared location on the same day. These appointments are designed for coordinated gatherings of approximately 8–15 participants and include extended scheduling time to ensure everyone is treated efficiently and comfortably.
For group appointments of 8 or more participants, the $160 house call fee is waived. All participants are charged the standard base rate for their selected service, whether a professional head lice check and/or treatment is needed. Group appointments are designed for events of 8–15 participants only.
Please plan for a minimum of four hours for this type of group appointment to ensure adequate time for all checks and treatments.
A travel fee may still apply depending on location and will be split among participating families or covered by the primary booking household, based on how the group chooses to coordinate payment.
By gathering in one place, families are able to reduce repeat exposure while minimizing separate travel appointments and overall costs.
These group appointments work well for extended families, close friend groups, homeschool groups, sports teams, pods, and community gatherings where multiple children have had close contact.
